Today, Ciou continues to develop new projects in the USA, Europe, and Japan, expanding her universe across cultures and mediums.
Her art explores themes such as nature, femininity, metamorphosis, paganism, and magic. Her distinctive style emerges from a unique fusion of European, American, Mexican, and Asian influences. She works with a variety of materials , including acrylics, water color, and ink on paper and wood.
Known for her meticulous attention to detail, Ciou draws with a Rotring pen (0.1 mm), often using a magnifying glass to perfect her intricate, dreamlike worlds. In her universe, every detail counts, and every line tells a story.
